International Day

Water is essential for life. It is intrinsic to all aspects of daily life and a very important natural resource. As such, limited access to safe and clean water can cause conflict and strip individuals of their inherent and inalienable human rights. World Water Day is celebrated on the 22nd March every year to remind us of the importance of water and its part in creating a harmonious and peaceful world to live in.
