Complaints Handling Policy and Procedures

Good Neighbours Australia welcomes feedback and is committed to efficiently and effectively resolving any complaints. We recognise the importance of complaints and regard them as an opportunity to rectify issues and better serve our neighbours.

Complaints relating to an alleged breach of ACFID Code of Conduct may be made directly to lodge a complaint on ACFID website (https://acfid.asn.au/code-of-conduct/complaints/)
